At Delcook, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

It must be in the original packaging

Downloadable or digital products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or tampered spice products are not eligible for return or refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items returned with damaged or missing packaging not caused by our error
